A newer restaurant in Albuquerque New Mexico, Bayti Mediterranean Delicies has the aesthetic design of an Apple Store, which reflected the clean and healthy content of the food available there. I visited there on a food photography assignment where I met the friendly owner, Feryal, who was very meticulous in the presentation of the dishes. She even let me take home many of the foods you see above! Thanks Feryal!

Featured on the TV show Diners Drive-ins and Dives, Golden Crown Panaderia to my surprise was a bakery, and one that featured not just pastries, but also pizzas and sandwiches! A food photography shoot took me across Albuquerque to discover this famous bakery.

As I approached the address for Prosum Roasters I was not exactly sure if I was at the right spot. I was expecting a cafe, but it was a kind of warehouse looking building with double industrial doors as the only possible entrance. Next door was a doggy daycare. Luckily the doors opened as I approached and I was welcomed by the owner, Cynthia. All good!

In a swath of natural light in the corner of the building that houses the Albuquerque Library, Al's Big Dipper was a very good setting for food photography. They also had a great streaming radio station on and a good downtown energy buzz in the place!

I got a food photography assignment to make photos that will be used for an online ordering app at a place called Cake Fetish in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I was intrigued, naturally. I was greeted by the owner, Kendall Harris, who has won a TV baking competition! She began bringing out a wide assortment of amazing looking baked goods.
