Luxury Real Estate Photography on a tight deadline in Albuquerque

This was my first time to work with Nick Caffey of Cottonwood Realty who called me with a short notice request to photograph a luxury real estate listing on La Luz Trail NE right in the very foot of the Sandia Mountains (check out the actual property listing if you are interested). He told me it was going to be a $1.5 million dollar listing, and that he needed it photographed within 3 days! I had a very tight schedule, and was not even in Albuquerque at the time of his text, and was leaving Albuquerque yet again for more out of town photo work 3 days after I got back. However, I was able to make time and get all the photography and drone content done for Nick in time for his listing date (save for twilight shots due to weather). The owners of the house helped make this possible too by having the house ready and looked like it was staged professionally. Bringing the Sandia Mountain views in with real estate photography

Most luxury real estate properties I photograph in Albuquerque, New Mexico are either furnished or staged, but I had the unique opportunity to photograph an unfurnished, just finished, home for the builder themselves. Approaching the house I had no idea the inside would look like it did with its super high ceilings and commanding view of the Sandia Mountains. It is very much a modern house at the foot of the mountains where the views come right in through the windows, which is what I wanted to highlight in the interior photos I made of the main living space.

Luxury real estate photography for a $10 million kitchen

It has taken over a year and a half for me to be able to share the first photos from a luxury real estate shoot I did for a property valued at $10 million. And even now I am only able to share just these three photos of the kitchen! Look for them in an upcoming issue of Su Casa Magazine. Needless to say this is the most luxurious residential home I ever photographed. It was an entire day of shooting hand crafting the photo of each space. These photos utilize the flambient technique for the absolute best in interior image quality. What do you think of this dream kitchen?

Rio Rancho Real Estate Photography for Contemporary Luxury Home

Jim contacted me about real estate photography for his contemporary luxury home in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Photographing such a beautifully designed and decorated luxury home is a pleasure for me. The open concept living room and kitchen was an area I alone spent over an hour photographing! Photographing a luxury home like this I use the best interior photography technique of flambient when the shot suited it, and other times traditional off camera lighting shots. Drone Video combined with the best interior photography style

I was contacted directly by the Geoffrey, the owner of this house in the Ridgecrest neighborhood of Albuquerque, New Mexico to make drone video and interior photos, plus twilight photos as he has chosen to sell it by owner. I spent a good amount of time meeting with him to discuss the photography and drone video of the house and then on site several times to get a wide variety of photographs to help him sell it as quickly as possible and for the best possible price. Drone video shows the property in context with the surrounding neighborhood, and the numerous interior photos I made using a combination of styles such as flambient, HDR, and detail really cover all the highlights of the design of the home. The twilight photos cap everything off with starry sky views for that wow factor in the listing. Thank you Geoffrey for choosing me as your real estate photographer and drone pilot!

Luxury home photographed in flambient technique with 50mm too

Usually I am traveling for rural land real estate photography all over New Mexico, but this time it was for luxury residential real estate interior photography for a luxury home designed by Bailey Bishop of Bailey Bishop Design. This was a long postponed shoot that was first scheduled for March, but then the pandemic started and it took until now for things to be safe for Bailey to travel from California to meet me for the shoot. It was also my first time to finally get to see Ruidoso. I was immediately impressed with the design of the rooms and knew it would be a shoot I could really showcase the flambient style of real estate interior photography. Always wanting to deliver as much creativity for clients as possible, I did not just use the amazing flambient technique. I also took my camera off the tripod, put on my Sigma 50mm f/1.4 ART lens in order to make photos showing unique views of the rooms as well as detail shots of the numerous small touches Bailey put in her overall designs.

Stylistic Commercial Real Estate Photography in Albuquerque

Looking for a new place to live in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico? Opening soon are the Zocalo Lofts right on the corner of 4th & Coal. I was hired to make interior and exterior photographs to highlight the lifestyle of living in this new construction building. I used a variety of techniques to capture these three images. The top is using a long exposure to make light trails out of the tasing headlights and taillights to add a dramatic style to the building exterior shot. Then for the gym photo, I used the absolute best interior technique there is, flambient. Finally, the lobby photo was made with a realistic HDR processing.
