Drone photography for commercial real estate in Albuquerque

Working for new client Lee & Associates who are based out of Arizona, I went to southeast Albuquerque, to make drone aerial commercial real estate photos of the former Ratheon Building. For such a large commercial building, still photos from ground level really cannot show it in full, and especially cannot show it in context to the Sandia Mountains and its more immediate neighborhood like drone photos can. These will be high impact images to help Lee & Associates find a new tenant for this massive building. Thank you Ross for choosing me as your drone pilot!

Drone Video combined with the best interior photography style

I was contacted directly by the Geoffrey, the owner of this house in the Ridgecrest neighborhood of Albuquerque, New Mexico to make drone video and interior photos, plus twilight photos as he has chosen to sell it by owner. I spent a good amount of time meeting with him to discuss the photography and drone video of the house and then on site several times to get a wide variety of photographs to help him sell it as quickly as possible and for the best possible price. Drone video shows the property in context with the surrounding neighborhood, and the numerous interior photos I made using a combination of styles such as flambient, HDR, and detail really cover all the highlights of the design of the home. Valencia County never looking more dramatic

On a rural land real estate photography shoot for a new client, Three Rings Property Solutions, the skies in Valencia County that evening were very dramatic, making for rural land photos with impact. As regular readers of Jason Collin Photography will know, I am the most prolific rural land real estate photographer in the entire state of New Mexico. I am always glad when a new land buyer chooses me as their photographer, thanks Mike! The clouds made for a lot of drama to add to the high desert scenery with distant mountain views. This trio of properties were captured by both my Sony mirrorless camera and by drone in aerial photos and 4K drone video too. Including drone video really helps to show off rural land real estate in a maximum attention grabbing way to potential buyers.

What drone aerial photos allowed me to do for this property was show its amazing neighborhood with a large park right next door as well as its proximity to the Sandia Mountains. The lot also has mature landscaping that would block views of the home from the ground, but from the air the drone shows the majesty of the tall trees surrounding the house.
