This near Rio Rancho but actually still Albuquerque, New Mexico residential real estate property was actually the second property shoot of the day I did for Mark & Susan Ryerson. They are my favorite real estate agent clients to shoot for because they make shoots fun! I usually work with them on luxury real estate properties, like this one that sold in less than one week because they are great agents, and maybe also the professional photos and 4K drone video I made of the property, so there is no drone video of this property, but there are aerial drone photos. This property is quite unique I think because it has a sunroom! How many homes are you going to find in New Mexico with a sunroom like this?

This was my second luxury real estate shoot for Mark & Susan Ryerson, and my fourth overall property I have photographed for them in Albuquerque, New Mexico. 100 year old tree, fish pond, skylights!

Back out on a real estate photography assignment for Mark & Susan Ryerson in Albuquerque, New Mexico, who had another unique property for me. I really enjoyed shooting 374 Canon Madera Drive for them, an expansive luxury listing hidden in the east mountains. This property, 3009 Franciscan St NE, was closer to home though no usual Graceland Acres property. From the brick driveway, to 100 year old tree in the front yard tended to by someone from UNM no less, to the fish pond in the back, you can actually explore this city lot and find mystery. Inside the rooms feature multi-sided shapes, a walk right through from front door to back door flow, and a skylight filled master bath!

Coralee is a real estate agent that really cares!

I had the pleasure of working with a new real estate agent, Coralee Quintana, photographing a residential real estate listing for her in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. We met at an Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce ambassador meeting. At the listing she was very helpful getting last minute things in order for me to photograph the exteriors first, and then the interiors. She went above and beyond to insure the best results and really helped out the home owner as well. I did my part looking for creative, as well as the traditional, interior photography angles and composition. 374 Canon Madera Drive Luxury Real Estate Listing

It is my goal to be the best luxury real estate photographer and drone pilot in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area, and really the entire state. I continued this pursuit working for Mark & Susan Ryerson on this unique property nestled on the east side of the Sandia Mountains in the Sandia Crest area. This property was photographed and listed previously and did not sell, in part due to the below average quality of the photographs. Mark and Susan told me upon seeing the photos that this listing now looks like the $500k+ home it is! I could not receive a better compliment from a client. Back on a real estate photography assignment for Susan and Mark Ryerson in Bernalillo, New Mexico, I got to enjoy the Sandia Mountain view the next owner will get to on a daily basis! I can really appreciate a good view and a nice backyard as well. This was a nice straight forward real estate shoot, with the only obstacle being a sleeping cat on one bed, but I told Susan to just market that room as a good place to take a cat nap!
