Many people contact me here in Albuquerque, New Mexico needing last minute headshots which I always try and accommodate as much as possible. Such was the case with Stefan and luckily the scheduling worked out just in time for us to have the headshot photo session, for me to edit them, and then for me to send him his secure online gallery. Stefan started out with a white background, but found he liked the gray background much more and chose two headshots using it. Actors and models looking for modern, creative headshots are choosing Jason Collin Photography more and more because of the wide variety of photos made in a relatively short shoot. Such was the case when Tatiana visited the JCP Home Studio and in just about a 30 minute photo shoot, I was able to make numerous actor headshots and head-to-toe model portfolio photos for her. Since I offer tethered shooting for in studio, being able to see her photos live on a big screen helped us get the exact right expressions and looks she wanted without the need for an inconvenient proofing gallery. If you can believe it, Roy had no real previous experience in front of the camera for getting actor and model headshots when he visited the JCP Home Studio right here in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In fact, the headshot above is not just one of the best headshots I have made, it’s one of the best photos I’ve ever made all thanks to Roy being a natural in front of the camera, and having just the right lighting for his pose, wardrobe, and for the black background color. She contacted me about making actor headshots for her during her visit and I am very glad that the timing worked out because I am thrilled with the results we were able to make in just a one hour headshot session.
