Pacific Grove Headshot Photography
Joseph and his mom visited my headshot photo studio in Pacific Grove, California for a fun actor headshot session shooting on both white and gray backgrounds, and with glasses on and off! Joseph did great in front of the camera switching between a big smile, neutral, and serious expressions. I enjoy working with young actors helping to be a part of the start of their acting careers! After talking, he decided on both so after beginning in studio shooting on my new, and increasingly popular, “thunder gray” background, I took a portable set of lighting with me helped by assistant Melissa to Lover’s Point Park for some ocean background shots. In a shoot just an hour long, I made in total 11 headshots and branding photos for Chris both in studio, as well as out on location! It was a very creative and efficient shoot not taking up a lot the client’s time. Of course Chris was great in front of the camera so that helped too! I had just started to move into a new photo studio here in Pacific Grove, California. I did have all the lighting and equipment needed to make a headshot already in the studio, but also a ton of other stuff too scattered all over the place. So I said as long as you do not mind a bit of a mess, and the smell of fresh paint, then I am available. As you can see, you would never know what things were like by seeing the end result of Ashley’s headshots!
